Why Vignettes?

When you go in to a wedding consultation, if you haven’t already gathered them yourself, you will be shown stacks of photographs of floral arrangements.
As you go through them with your florist, it is common to express phrases like this:

• “I like this arrangement, but its not in the right colors, and I don’t like this flower.”
• “Can we combine this idea with this one?”
• “This arrangement is gorgeous, but I don’t think we can afford such exotic flowers. Can it be done similarly with less expensive ones?”

A vignette is a small decorative design, used to illustrate a text.

Jennifer likes to sketch out a lot of the floral designs before we build them.
