We want to make sure the final product is exactly right for you, so there will be a lot of communication between us right up to the big day. We’ll start with a consultation, which is usually 1-2 hours, where we will gather all of the information about the wedding from you. We’ll talk about what you need from us, your style and colors, and your goal budget. We’ll also look through a lot of inspiration photos (if you gather them and bring them with you beforehand, that’s wonderful!), and ask you lots of questions to try and put together a picture of what you want.
Then we go to the drawing board. We usually start by building a Pinterest board with your inspiration photos and possible flowers to use in the arrangements. We’ll probably email you with lots of questions and more reference photos, and when we feel like we are getting close to understanding your vision, we will create mockups and possibly some sketches.
If our samples are on track with the look you want, we can go ahead and build you an estimate of what it’s going to cost. If we can’t fit within your budget, we are more than happy to go back to the drawing board, where we will make substitutions and/or alterations until we get somewhere that you are happy with.
